This tool will let you find contact information on any domain name as well as abuse contacts and nameservers.

Every domain name must have valid contact information. The domain’s contact information is stored in the WHOIS database. The WHOIS database maintained by the InterNIC’s Registration Services can be searched by: personal name, organization name, domain name, host name, IP number, e-mail address, and by NIC handle (a unique identifier assigned to items as they are added to the WHOIS database). This tool will show all the information on an IP address or domain.
